Sublimation is a relatively new technique, that provides endless design possibility. The sky is the limit as they say. In summary the whole garment is printed and is typically used for playing tops, shorts and skirts.

Why sublimation?

Greater flexibility with design – just about any design with as many colours, shapes, images & logo’s can be incorporated

Durable & colours will not fade – this is exactly what you need from good quality sports wear.

Fashionable – this is a relatively new technique which has become very popular amongst many of our client.

How does sublimation work?

Step 1: Digital design & sign-off

This allows clients to be creative as well as see a computerised visual representation of what the finished clothing will look like.

Step 2: Printed on sublimation paper

The designs are then printed on special sublimation paper.

Step 3: Panels

The garment starts off on white fabric and each panel is cut to size.

Step 4: Transfer via heat rollers

The design is then transferred onto the relevant panels, through a series of heat rollers.

Step 5: Panels sewn together

All panels are sewn together to create the final sports clothing, after which it goes to our quality control, packers and finally to another satisfied customer.
