How does embroidery work?
At Kimberley Clothing we have invested in state-of-the-art industrial embroidery machines, to deliver just the best quality embroidery to our clients.
The embroidery process consists of 3 steps:
Step 1: Digitisation of badge or logo
We take your logo or badge and create an electronic replication that will provide the programme for the embroidery machine.
Step 2: Sign-off
We provide you with an on-screen or physical sample for your feedback. We will also confirm the colours of thread to be used.
Step 3: Production
Following the embroidery the rest of the garment is sewn together, followed by a quality control process, packing and delivery to another happy customer.
